Friends of Stone Cross School
The Friends of Stone Cross School are a group who meet together, have fun and raise money for additional resources for the school.
Every year different events are planned to raise funds. These include:
- School discos
- Fireworks
- Christmas Fair
- Summer Fair
An overview of how we have used the money to enhance and enrich Stone Cross children’s learning experiences in the last academic year are below;
- Book bags for foundation children
- Christmas gift and chocolate selection box for every child
- Easter Eggs for all
- Music lessons for Years 4,5 and 6
- New water trays for Reception children
- Consent based PE session for upper Key Stage 2 children
- Travel for Year 3 swimming lessons
- Equipment for gardening club
- Bouncy Castle for Year 6 leavers and end of year celebrations

If you think you can help in any way, we would love to hear from you! Whether you are a parent / carer, grand parent, aunt or uncle, we would love to have you with us. We are a fun team who have great fun holding events to raise vital funds for the school.
